Mario is the Donor Relations Manager at Equality Federation. In this role, Mario works with the Development Department to prospect, steward, and deepen relationships with new and existing donors to build a pipeline of grassroots support for our mission. 

Before joining Equality Federation, Mario worked in development and operations at Equality Virginia and, most recently, REPRO Rising Virginia. Mario also currently serves as the development chair on the board of directors of He She Ze and We. Passionate about LGBTQ+ advocacy, reproductive rights, and social justice, Mario's work is a reflection of his belief in the power of community and collective action.
