Equality Virginia seeks a Director of Advocacy who will lead statewide and local legislative advocacy campaigns on issues related to LGBTQIA+ rights by monitoring legislative activity, analyzing new and changing legislative language, convening and training community members to advocate directly to decision-makers, and educating community members about LGBTQIA+ related bills.
