In his role as Director of People and Culture, Eric has a primary focus on supporting the health and wellness of the staff and the sustainability of the organization. Eric works closely with the Operations Team to implement the systems and processes that will provide an environment and experience that makes Equality Federation an employer of choice. 

Eric has over 20+ years of human resource experience in all areas and facets. From for-profit organizations like Myspace to nonprofits like United Way. In his previous role at the San Diego LGBTQ Center, he led the effort to implement their People and Culture function and moved the organization from 60 to 115 team members.
