Ari is the Grants Manager at Equality Federation. In this role, they are responsible for institutional fundraising at Equality Federation, including writing and reporting on grant funding and stewarding relationships with funders to build the organization’s resources.

Ari began their career as a canvasser and field strategist for Arizona political campaigns before moving into campaign fundraising. They have since worked in higher ed fundraising, nonprofit consulting, and have led development teams at two organizations. Prior to joining the team at Equality Federation, they led development efforts at Gender Spectrum, an organization that offered training and support to professionals who serve trans and gender-expansive youth.
