Ari is the Public Health Policy Strategist at Equality Federation. In this role, they lead efforts to advance equitable public health policies for LGBTQ+ communities, with a focus on prevention access advocacy and addressing systemic health disparities.
Ari’s career began in Arizona political campaigns, where they mobilized voters, drafted policy positions, and collaborated with PACs and action groups to champion equitable public health measures.Ari’s professional experience includes consulting with the Arizona Department of Health Services’ Ryan White Part B Office, where they managed HRSA, CDC, and HOPWA grants to improve health outcomes for underserved populations. They also led development efforts at Gender Spectrum, supporting professionals who serve transgender and gender-expansive youth. With expertise in public health policy, grant administration, and nonprofit leadership, Ari is dedicated to creating healthier futures for LGBTQ+ individuals nationwide.
