Member Resource: Free LGBTQ Films for Groups Working with GSAs

January 22, 2014

Since 2008, Youth In Motion has provided free LGBTQ-themed movies, with accompanying curricula and action guides, to student clubs and educators in middle and high schools.

If your organization works with a student GSA, you can access these films for free!

This year’s collection, Insights: Queer Youth Defining Our Future, includes short films representing a range of LGBT youth experiences—from authentic self-expression to classmate crushes to films that delve into the dangers of bullying.

Pre-register now to receive the collection in February 2014, and check Youth In Motion’s website for updates about the specific films within Insights: Queer Youth Defining Our Future.

Youth In Motion offers student activists and teachers LGBTQ themed films and interactive tools to help educate and build student leadership and activist skills, and you can help the GSA you work with to acquire this great resource by pre-registering today!
