Program Associate

Jenn is the Program Associate at Equality Federation, the strategic partner to state-based organizations winning equality in the communities we call home. In her role, she strengthens our major donor program — from managing a portfolio of our current donors to communicating with prospective donors. She also assists the communications team in the implementation of digital media programs and provides support to the board as board liaison.

Before joining the Equality Federation team, Jenn received a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Sociology. Jenn spent her academic years focusing on advocating for equality for LGBT people and women as well as developing skills in database management and communication strategies for nonprofit organizations.

Jenn has returned to her hometown in sunny Woodland Hills, California after years of living in the blistering cold of the Northeast.
