Equality Federation Welcomes Jenn Curtin as Program Associate

June 23, 2014

All of us at Equality Federation are proud to welcome Jenn Curtin to our team as Program Associate.

Jenn has been with the Federation as an intern for the past year working with our Communications Director Jace Woodrum. In her new role, she will continue on our communications team while also taking on responsibilities in donor management and board support.

As Program Associate, Jenn will help strengthen our major donor program — from managing a portfolio of our current donors to communicating with prospective donors. She will continue to assist the communications team in the implementation of digital media programs and will provide support to the board as board liaison.

Jenn received a Masters of Public Policy in May 2014 from University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Sociology. Jenn spent her academic years focusing on advocating for equality for LGBT people and women as well as developing skills in database management and communication strategies for nonprofit organizations.

Jenn’s academic and work experience with the Federation as the communications intern is the perfect fit as we expand our communications and major donor programs. She is excited to be continuing her work with the Federation and its member organizations.

Jenn will be based in Los Angeles. You’ll have the chance to meet her at Summer Meeting in Minneapolis in just a few weeks.
