Member Pricing
Our member pricing tiers are designed to accommodate the diverse budgets of Equality Federation's state partners.

MEMBERS ONLY Budget under $500K: $350
This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation member organization with an organizational budget of less than $500,000.

‍MEMBERS ONLY Budget $500K-$1M: $375
This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation member organization with an organizational budget between $500,000 and $1 million.

‍MEMBERS ONLY Budget $1M-$2M: $425
This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation member organization with an organizational budget between $1 million to $2 million.

‍MEMBERS ONLY Budget over $2M: $450
This rate is for staff or board members of an Equality Federation member organization with an organizational budget over $2 million.

Non-Member Pricing
For non-members, including small to large nonprofits, corporate partners, funders, and more, we have established separate tiers to cater to the varied capacities of different organizations.

Small Organization Discounted Rate: $450
The small organization discounted rate is for staff or board members of an organization with an organizational budget of less than $1 million.

‍Medium Organization Discounted Rate: $550
The medium organization discounted rate is for staff or board members of an organization with an organizational budget between $1 million and $2 million.

‍Sustaining Rate: $700
The sustaining rate is for staff or board members of an organization with an organizational budget between $2 million and $10 million. This is the true per-person cost to host this event. By registering at this level, you support the sustainability of Leadership Conference.

‍Supporting Rate: $850
The supporting rate for funders and staff or board members of an organization with an organizational budget over $10 million. Supporting our work at this level allows us to offset the cost of attendance for all-volunteer organizations and small organizations.

Equitable Pricing Statement
As we gear up for the annual Leadership Conference, we wanted to address the current economic situation and how it may have impacted you. With the significant impact that inflation has had on everyone, we understand that this can make the conference fees a challenge. We want to assure you that we are aware of this and are doing our best to keep the pricing low.

At the same time, we recognize that financial hardship may still hinder some individuals from participating in this important event. We are hopeful our tiered registration options will offer a wide enough range of pricing options. However, if you are in need of financial assistance, please contact Janeesha Jones (janeesha@equalityfederation.org) to discuss your situation. We understand that everyone's circumstances are different, and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee financial assistance for everyone.

At Equality Federation, our mission is to promote equity and justice for the LGBTQ+ movement. We are committed to making our events accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. To support this goal, we have implemented a tiered pricing structure for both members and non-members. This will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the programming and networking opportunities that the conference has to offer.
