Who We Are

We are a national alliance of organizations working for LGBT equality in every state.  Since 1997, we have worked throughout the country to strengthen the leaders and groups whose hard work is bringing us closer to full equality. Together, we are building a powerful movement that is rooted in the communities we call home.
